Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
NY State of Mind® is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, customs delays, or failed delivery attempts.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
