Refund policy

At NY State of Mind®, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returns

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

A 5% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. This may include certain sale, clearance, promotional, limited-release, or collaboration items when clearly stated on the product page, at checkout, or during the promotion.

How to Start a Return

Email info@nystateofmindco.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@nystateofmindco.com. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. This offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.
