SHIPPING
Orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS or UPS.
Free standard shipping is offered on all orders shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states and to Armed Forces addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, international orders, or expedited shipments.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after the order ships. Armed Forces delivery times may vary depending on destination and military mail processing.
RETURNS
All items in perfect condition can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, except for wholesale orders, which are not available for return or exchange unless there is a defect in the product. To avoid any issues, we recommend ordering samples of the items you are interested in before placing a bulk order.
To return an item:
Email us at info@nystateofmindco.com with your order number and let us know you would like to make a return.
Box up your item(s) with a copy of your sales receipt and a note explaining why the item(s) were not satisfactory.
