RATES: $4.95 2 days ground shipping valid on purchases made in the USA. Not valid on international or expedited shipments.

We will ship your order within 2-3 business days via USPS or UPS. It takes about 3-4 days for US addresses. 

 FREE shipping is valid on purchases made in the USA over $70.  Valid on standard ground shipments within the continental United States. Not valid on international or expedited shipments.

RETURNS: all items in perfect condition can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, except for wholesale orders which are not available for return or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product. To avoid any issues, we recommend ordering samples of the items you are interested in before placing a bulk order. 

To return any items:

1. Email us at info@nystateofmindco.com to notify us of the your intention to make a return and include the Order #
2. Box up your item(s) with a copy of your sales receipt & a note explaining why the item(s) were not satisfactory
